Job summary

WrkPod Inc. seeks a Technical Sales Engineer (Renewable Energy) to drive revenue growth in Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will identify opportunities, engage EPCs and developers, and present commercial proposals with engineering support.

Based in Negros Oriental, Dumaguete, you will build a B2B pipeline for the Australian market, convert early-stage wins into long-term contracts, and coordinate with management, engineers, and partners while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

Proven background in B2B technical sales, industrial sales engineering, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy) or equivalent technical experience preferred.
Strong understanding of long-cycle B2B sales, contract terms, proposal development, and pipeline management.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for high-level discussions with engineers and executives.
Willingness to learn specialized product lines and international fire standards through post-hire training.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a qualified B2B sales pipeline to meet revenue goals.
Lead early-stage technical engagements and present commercial proposals in coordination with engineering teams.
Convert early project wins into long-term maintenance contracts and onboard new manufacturing partners.
Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned BESS clients, leading workshops and contract clarification meetings.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and client activities in the CRM system.
