Solvo Global Careers is seeking a organized Benefits Specialist to administer employee benefits and serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries. You will collaborate with HR, payroll, carriers, and third-party providers to ensure a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities include managing Open Enrollment, handling life-event changes, preparing informational materials, and maintaining data accuracy in HRIS.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or related fields.
• Experience with employee benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Experience using HRIS platforms (Oracle or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit plans, coverage and eligibility.
• Coordinate annual Open Enrollment processes.
• Manage life events changes (marriage, childbirth, etc.).
• Ensure documentation completeness for enrollments and updates.
• Prepare and update informational materials for the benefits platform.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality in HRIS.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits programs.
