At 2GO Group, you will help ensure employees receive accurate and timelysupport for their benefits while contributing to a seamless HR experience. Asan HR Benefits Assistant (Fixed-Term), you will support the processing ofstatutory benefits, data validation, and records reconciliation during thecompany’s HCM system transition.
You will also support benefits information sessions, onboardingactivities, and other HR initiatives—helping maintain accurate employeerecords, efficient HR processes, and a positive employee experience.
- a. Process employee registrations,updates, loan applications, benefit claims, and reimbursements with SSS,PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
- b. Prepare, collect, and submitphysical or electronic documentary requirements to relevant government agenciesand follow up on pending transactions.
- c. Coordinate directly withassigned government Account Officers (AOs) or branch representatives to resolvecomplex claims, discrepancies, and processing delays.
- d. Track government advisories,circulars, and submission deadlines to maintain strict statutory compliance.
- e. Maintain complete, accurate,and audit-ready employee files and records related to government benefits.
2. Employee Support, Orientation& Benefits Cascades
- a. Serve as a primary contact foremployee inquiries regarding statutory benefits, loan applications, anddocumentary requirements.
- b. Conduct or co-facilitatestatutory benefits orientation sessions for new hires and existing employeesduring onboarding or systems rollouts.
- c. Lead information cascadesessions to educate employees on both mandatory statutory programs andsupplementary or optional government benefit schemes offered by agencies.
- d. Assist employees in accuratelycompleting government forms and verifying supporting documents prior tosubmission.
- e. Provide timely status updatesto employees regarding benefit claims, maternity/sickness notifications, andloan disbursements.
3. HCM Transition &Cross-Functional HR Support
- a. Execute manual HRadministrative workflows and interim filing processes during the HCMenhancement and transition period.
- b. Perform data gathering,validation, historical record cleanup, and reconciliation between physicalrecords, government portal data, and the HCM system.
- c. Collaborate with Payroll and HRteams to audit and validate government contribution and loan deduction ledgersto ensure zero variance.
- d. Coordinate with other HRfunctions and internal business units to support broader HR activities andadministrative initiatives, even if outside the core scope of statutorybenefits.
- e. Perform other relatedadministrative functions as assigned by HR leadership.

EducationalBackground
· Bachelor's Degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, Psychology, Accountancy, or any relatedfield.
Professional Experience
· At least 1–2 years of hands-onexperience in HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or Employee Services, withdirect experience processing transactions with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, andBIR.
Competencies,Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- · Solid working knowledge ofPhilippine labor standards, statutory benefits, and government agency filingprocedures.
- · Direct, proven experience usingonline government portals to submit transactions, updates, and remittances(e.g., SSS Employer Portal / My.SSS, PhilHealth EPRS, Pag-IBIG Virtual Portal /eSRS, BIR eFPS / eBIRForms).
- · Demonstrated capability to liaise and coordinate directly with government agencies, specificallymaintaining effective working relationships with assigned Account Officers(AOs) or designated branch representatives.
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications, particularly Excel (data validation, reconciliation, andreporting) and Word.
- · Strong recordkeeping,documentation, and data auditing skills.

c. Licensure / CertificationRequired
- · Preferably with certificationon how to process benefits/use of platform per government agency.
