At 2GO Group, you will help ensure employees receive accurate and timely support for their benefits while contributing to a seamless HR experience. As an HR Benefits Assistant (Fixed-Term), you will support the processing of statutory benefits, data validation, and records reconciliation during the company’s HCM system transition.
You will also support benefits information sessions, onboarding activities, and other HR initiatives—helping maintain accurate employee records, efficient HR processes, and a positive employee experience.
Your mission..
1. Government Benefits Administration & Agency Liaison
- Process employee registrations, updates, loan applications, benefit claims, and reimbursements with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
- Prepare, collect, and submit physical or electronic documentary requirements to relevant government agencies and follow up on pending transactions.
- Coordinate directly with assigned government Account Officers (AOs) or branch representatives to resolve complex claims, discrepancies, and processing delays.
- Track government advisories, circulars, and submission deadlines to maintain strict statutory compliance.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready employee files and records related to government benefits.
2. Employee Support, Orientation & Benefits Cascades
- Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries regarding statutory benefits, loan applications, and documentary requirements.
- Conduct or co-facilitate statutory benefits orientation sessions for new hires and existing employees during onboarding or systems rollout.
- Lead information cascade sessions to educate employees on both mandatory statutory programs and supplementary or optional government benefit schemes offered by agencies.
- Assist employees in accurately completing government forms and verifying supporting documents prior to submission.
- Provide timely status updates to employees regarding benefit claims, maternity/sickness notifications, and loan disbursements.
3. HCM Transition & Cross-Functional HR Support
- Execute manual HR administrative workflows and interim filing processes during the HCM enhancement and transition period.
- Perform data gathering, validation, historical record cleanup, and reconciliation between physical records, government portal data, and the HCM system.
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to audit and validate government contribution and loan deduction ledgers to ensure zero variance.
- Coordinate with other HR functions and internal business units to support broader HR activities and administrative initiatives, even if outside the core scope of statutory benefits.
- Perform other related administrative functions as assigned by HR leadership.

Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Accountancy, or any related field.
Professional Experience
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or Employee Services, with direct experience processing transactions with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Technical Competencies
- Solid working knowledge of Philippine labor standards, statutory benefits, and government agency filing procedures.
- Direct, proven experience using online government portals to submit transactions, updates, and remittances (e.g., SSS Employer Portal / My.SSS, PhilHealth EPRS, Pag-IBIG Virtual Portal / eSRS, BIR eFPS / eBIRForms).
- Demonstrated capability to liaise and coordinate directly with government agencies, specifically maintaining effective working relationships with assigned Account Officers (AOs) or designated branch representatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (data validation, reconciliation, and reporting) and Word.
- Strong recordkeeping, documentation, and data auditing skills.

c. Licensure / Certification Required
- Preferably with certification on how to process benefits/use of platform per government agency
