Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Benefits Administrator to lead benefits administration, analyze health and welfare programs, and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries. You will maintain benefit data in HRIS and carrier systems, support enrollment, and coordinate reporting and compliance activities.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with UltiPro or similar HRIS, and solid payroll deduction knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years benefits administration and analysis.
• 1-2 years payroll processing experience.
• Experience with HRIS BI reporting, preferably UltiPro.
• Experience processing payroll deductions and payroll cycles.
• Experience collaborating with payroll teams on adjustments.
• Experience managing benefits for high turnover/volume.
• Experience managing leave and paid family leave.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees and managers on benefit programs and resolve issues.
• Administer COBRA with third party vendor.
• Maintain benefits customer service mailbox and respond timely.
• Coordinate open enrollment and communicate plan changes.
