Job summary

Solaire Resort in NCR invites a Front Desk Concierge/Bell Services professional to support guest luggage handling, tagging, and secure storage with meticulous records.

You will assist guests with directions, escort services, and transportation coordination, while maintaining a spotless cloakroom and reporting upkeep needs to the Shift-in-Charge. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Experience as Concierge/Bell Services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in storing and retrieving luggage and personal items for guests.
• Tag, log, and handle items with care; perform daily inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of deposited/retrieved items.
• Keep cloakroom and bagging areas clean and organized; report maintenance needs.
• Provide guests with information about services and directions; offer escort when needed.
• Handle fragile or perishable items per safety standards.
• Coordinate with Bell Dispatchers for timely item handling.
• Assist guests with transportation needs and errands as required.

Job Description

• Assist in storing and retrieving luggage and personal items for both in-house and non-in-house guests.
  
• Safely store all gest belongings, ensuring each item is properly tagged, logged, and handled with care.
  
• Perform daily inventory checks to maintain an updated record of stored items and monitor unclaimed property for appropriate reporting.
  
• Keep accurate documentation of all deposited and retrieved items in compliance with the departmental procedures.
  
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and professional appearance of the Cloakroom and Bagged Counter areas; report any maintenance or housekeeping concerns to the Shift-in-Charge
  
• Provide guest with accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and directions, and offer escort assistance when needed.
  
• Assist guest in handling and securing fragile or perishable items in accordance with quality and safety standards.
  
• Coordinate with Bell Dispatchers to ensure smooth and timely execution of guest request and item handling.
  
• Assist guest with the transportation needs in a prompt and courteous manner.
  
• Handle guest errands within or outside the property as required.
  

Requirements

• Minimum relevant experience of Concierge/ Bell Services in the Hotel industry is an advantage.
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English
