Job summary

Gramans Group of Companies is seeking a procurement professional in Metro Manila to lead supplier sourcing across beauty, health, and food categories. The role focuses on building international supplier relationships and negotiating favorable terms while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement with organizational requirements and stay ahead of market trends in international brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Cum Laude or higher preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Knowledge of current market trends in makeup, health, beauty, and food.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-potential brands.

• - Supplier Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with overseas suppliers and manufacturers in beauty, food, health and wellness categories.
• - Strategic Procurement & Pricing: Implement cost-effective sourcing strategies to secure high-quality goods at competitive prices.
• - Vendor Relationship Management: Oversee and maintain strong vendor performance to ensure reliable supply chain standards and consistent delivery.
• - Departmental Alignment & Compliance: Coordinate with internal departments to meet organizational sourcing requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably Cum Laude or higher.
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledgeable about current market trends and emerging international brands in the makeup, health, beauty, and food industries.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-potential brands and concepts.
• Independent, proactive, and a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Confident in negotiating and building relationships with international suppliers.
