This is a full-time position that combines sales expertise with beauty industry knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, helping clients discover products and services that enhance their beauty and wellbeing. This role is integral to driving sales growth, building lasting client relationships, and upholding the premium standards Reverie Esthetic & Hair Center is known for.

What you'll be doing

• Provide expert product recommendations and beauty advice to clients based on their individual needs and preferences
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on the benefits of our esthetic and hair care offerings
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining a welcoming store environment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques
• Maintain detailed product knowledge across all beauty categories, treatments, and services available at Reverie
• Keep the sales floor organized, visually appealing, and stocked with products at all times
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and courteously
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive workplace culture and support colleagues in achieving sales goals

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in retail sales, beauty retail, or customer service environments
• Demonstrated passion for beauty, skincare, haircare, or esthetic products and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele
• Natural ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high visual and product standards
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties on the sales floor
• Flexibility to work full-time hours, including potential weekend and evening shifts
