This full-time role focuses on developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across platforms to build brand presence and engage with our community.

You will create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels; monitor engagement; analyze data; and support campaigns and social ads.

About the role

Reverie Esthetic & Hair Center is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across all platforms. You will play a crucial role in building our brand presence, engaging with our community, and driving business growth through strategic digital communications. This position is integral to our marketing efforts and will directly impact how our brand connects with customers in the competitive beauty and wellness industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Reverie Esthetic & Hair Center's marketing objectives and brand identity

• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels

• Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and potential customers

• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and conversion rates to inform strategy adjustments

• Collaborate with the marketing team and management to develop promotional campaigns and special offers that drive customer acquisition and retention

• Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns to optimize return on investment

• Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep Reverie's presence competitive and fresh

• Build and nurture online communities through active engagement, community management, and user-generated content initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of 1-2 years working as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar marketing communications role

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple platforms

• Strong proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging for diverse audiences

• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas that align with brand voice and marketing objectives

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media advertising, and conversion optimisation techniques

• Experience in the beauty, wellness, aesthetic, or hospitality industry is highly desirable

• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software

• Familiarity with video content creation and editing for social media platforms

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

• Collaborative approach to working with team members across different departments

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino or other languages is advantageous
