Elevatione Time Stops Ph Inc is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Sales Consultant to join our retail team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, delivering exceptional service and driving sales in the beauty and personal care sector. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in representing our brand, educating customers about our products, and building lasting relationships that translate into repeat business and brand loyalty. This role is essential to achieving our sales targets whilst maintaining the high standards of customer service that define Elevatione Time Stops Ph Inc.

What you'll be doing

• Providing expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations to customers based on their individual beauty needs and preferences

• Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their requirements and guide them through the purchasing process

• Demonstrating product features and benefits, including application techniques and usage instructions

• Maintaining an organised, clean and visually appealing retail display and stockroom

• Restocking shelves and ensuring adequate inventory levels of products

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat visits

• Staying informed about current promotions, new product launches and special offers to effectively communicate with customers

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction

• Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming shopping environment and supporting colleagues when needed
