About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Sales Associate to join the LUXEVANITY TRADING OPC team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. As a Beauty Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover and purchase premium beauty products whilst building lasting relationships that enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Providing expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to customers based on their beauty needs and preferences
• Assisting customers with product selection, demonstrations, and application techniques to ensure satisfaction
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
• Maintaining an attractive and organized retail display, ensuring all products are well-stocked and properly presented
• Building and nurturing customer relationships to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
• Responding promptly to customer enquiries and concerns, resolving issues professionally and courteously
• Keeping up-to-date with current product lines, promotions, and brand developments
• Supporting the team with stock management, inventory checks, and visual merchandising activities
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and hygienic retail environment at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar sales environment is highly desirable
• A genuine passion for beauty products and an interest in skincare, cosmetics, and wellness trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds
• Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Product knowledge of beauty and cosmetics brands, or a willingness to quickly develop this expertise
• Reliability and punctuality with a professional appearance and personal grooming standards consistent with a luxury retail environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also performing independently when required
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
