Job summary

P&A Grant Thornton is seeking a Business Development Junior in Makati to assist the BD Senior/Manager in developing marketing strategies for BPS revenue objectives. The role includes preparing proposals, brochures, and marketing materials, and supporting relationship management with clients and internal teams.

The position emphasizes participation in BD initiatives, handling proposals, maintaining BD dashboards, and coordinating with stakeholders to enhance revenue opportunities for the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any Business Degree.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Preferably with B2B exposure and experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Strong presentation skills to deliver a value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and evaluating strategic marketing plans and sales policies.
• Prepare marketing materials and proposals for BPS services.
• Draft fees quotes and inform BD Senior of potential leads.
• Manage pursuits and report status of won/lost deals.
• Prepare timely final proposals for prospective clients.
• Maintain BD files and dashboards.
• Create presentation slides for PD meetings.
• Complete administrative tasks including time reports and confidentiality.
