Job summary

PHI Corporation is hiring a Business Development Associate to help grow client relationships and support business development for our services. You will prepare, review, send and track proposals, qualify leads and coordinate handovers within a team.

Responsibilities include researching markets, maintaining CRM records, forecasting and building recurring business for approved services. The role requires clear communication and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in Manila.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant sales or business development experience is an advantage, but not required; experience in regulated services is also an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate prospecting, proposals, follow-up and handover with limited support; consultative selling and basic commercial analysis skills.
• Clear writing and disciplined use of CRM, office tools and approved materials; ability to protect confidential client information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, send and track proposals using approved terms.
• Qualify leads, build relationships, negotiate, close deals and coordinate project handovers.
• Research markets and create approved lead-generation content.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, forecasts and weekly plans.
• Secure pricing and exception approvals, and align technical, project and finance teams.
• Build repeat business within approved services and capacity.
