Job summary

The Ark BESS Iloilo Corp. is seeking a licensed electrical engineer to operate and monitor BESS systems on shifts at our Iloilo on-site project.

You will perform inspections, report data and alarms, follow SOPs and safety procedures, support troubleshooting with the O&M Manager, and coordinate with the trading team to meet operational requirements.

Dormitory housing on site is provided; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

Licensed Electrical Engineer certification or equivalent is required
Graduates of Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical courses are welcome to apply
At least 1 year of experience in electrical, plant, or industrial operations
Knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and industrial equipment is advantageous
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Willing to stay at the on-site project dormitory
Disciplined, detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced technical environment

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor BESS systems and control equipment during assigned shifts
Perform routine inspections and support preventive and corrective maintenance
Record and report system data, alarms, and equipment abnormalities
Follow standard operating and safety procedures
Support troubleshooting and corrective actions under the direction of the O&M Manager
Coordinate with the System Operator during BESS operations
Work closely with the Trading Team on operational requirements
Maintain cleanliness, order, and operational readiness of the BESS facility
