Job summary

Invenergy is hiring a Solar O&M Technician to act as the on-site project representative for PV plants and battery energy storage systems. You will verify equipment condition, complete records, and report to the maintenance supervisor while working rotating shifts with a cooperative team.

The role requires knowledge of electricity, electronics, PV systems, and Be energy storage, plus discipline to follow work instructions and perform physical labor as needed.

Qualifications

• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Desirable passport
• Desirable U.S. visa
• Desirable English communication skills
• Desirable driver license

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operations in real time.
• Maintain communication with CENACE.
• Operate PV plant (>30 MW) and BESS (>100 MWh).
• Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Supervise contractors.
• Manage inventory and parts.
• Prepare operational and maintenance reports.
