Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time performance of solar PV and BES systems.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct root cause analysis for issues and implement solutions.
• Lead a team of technicians during PMS activities.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance for PV modules, inverters, transformers, switchgears, and other components.
• Respond to faults, alarms, and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Coordinate repair or replacement with vendors or subcontractors.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, energy generation, and downtime.
• Generate and submit performance and maintenance reports to management and clients.
• Be on-call for urgent troubleshooting and emergencies.
• Lead a team of technicians during PMS activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• Monitor the real-time performance of solar PV and BES systems through SCADA, remote monitoring platform, and onsite inspections.
• Track energy generation, system availability, and performance ratios against benchmarks.
• Identify underperforming components or systems and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain system documentation, logs, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for PV modules, inverters, transformers, switchgears, and other system components.
• Respond promptly to faults, alarms, and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Coordinate repair or replacement of damaged components with vendors or subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance work, energy generation, and equipment downtime.
• Generate and submit performance reports, incident reports, and maintenance logs to management and clients.
• Be on-call for urgent troubleshooting and emergency situations (e.g., fire, flooding, electrical failure).
• Lead a team of technicians during PMS activities.
• Performs other related jobs/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
