Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, energy generation, and downtime.
Generate and submit performance and maintenance reports to management and clients.

Track energy generation, system availability, and performance ratios against benchmarks.
Identify underperforming components or systems and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain system documentation, logs, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for PV modules, inverters, transformers, switchgears, and other system components.
Respond promptly to faults, alarms, and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
Coordinate repair or replacement of damaged components with vendors or subcontractors.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance work, energy generation, and equipment downtime.
Generate and submit performance reports, incident reports, and maintenance logs to management and clients.
