Job summary

Ramada Encore by Wyndham-Makati is seeking a friendly and attentive team member for our cafe operations in Makati. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages, and ensure high-quality service for all customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean cafe, operating coffee equipment, handling payments accurately, and collaborating with teammates to deliver a smooth dining experience. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Customer Service & Serving

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, professional service.




• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.




• Serve food, coffee, and beverages promptly and professionally.




• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and available options.




• Recommend coffee, beverages, and food items when appropriate.




• Handle customer requests and concerns politely and efficiently.




• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Coffee & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, specialty beverages, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.




• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.




• Ensure beverages are prepared consistently in terms of taste, presentation, and quality.




• Follow proper food and beverage handling and hygiene procedures.




• Maintain adequate supplies of coffee, milk, syrups, ice, cups, and other bar ingredients.

Bar & Café Operations

• Keep the coffee bar, tables, counters, and service areas clean and organized.




• Wash and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas.




• Restock supplies as needed.




• Follow opening and closing procedures.




• Assist with inventory checks and report low or damaged supplies.




• Follow cash-handling and payment procedures accurately.




• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth café operations.
