• Previous experience as a Barista, Restaurant Staff, or Food & Beverage Crew is preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be organized, attentive to detail, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Must maintain proper personal hygiene and professional grooming.
• Willing to work on-call shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when properly authorized.

Responsibilities

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, kettles, and other beverage equipment properly and safely.
• Ensure all beverages are served at the proper temperature and presented according to restaurant standards.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to customers.
• Assist customers with beverage selections by providing accurate information regarding ingredients, flavors, and available options.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar and beverage preparation areas.
• Properly handle, store, label, and monitor coffee beans, milk, tea, matcha, syrups, fruits, and other beverage ingredients.
• Monitor inventory and report low-stock, damaged, expired, or spoiled items to the immediate supervisor.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and service teams as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including equipment preparation, cleaning, restocking, and securing the beverage station.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards.
