Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other products according to recipes and standards.
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Accurately process orders and payment transactions using the designated POS system.
• Maintain proper cash handling and ensure accuracy in all cashiering transactions.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and service area.
• Monitor supplies and coordinate replenishment with supervisor.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, health, and safety policies.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and prepare/clean the area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other products in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and procedures.
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Accurately process customer orders and payment transactions using the designated POS system.
• Maintain proper cash handling and ensure accuracy and accountability in all cashiering transactions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and elevate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the workstation, equipment, and service area.
• Monitor product and operational supplies and coordinate replenishment requirements with the immediate supervisor.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including preparation and cleaning of the assigned area.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista, Cashier, or in a food service/customer service environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is an advantage.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in handling cash and processing transactions.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
