Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and products per recipes and standards.

The Barista/Cashier is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the accurate preparation and serving of beverages and efficient handling of cashiering transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other products in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and procedures.
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Accurately process customer orders and payment transactions using the designated POS system.
• Maintain proper cash handling and ensure accuracy and accountability in all cashiering transactions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and escalates issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the workstation, equipment, and service area.
• Monitor product and operational supplies and coordinate replenishment requirements with the immediate supervisor.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including preparation and cleaning of the assigned area.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
