Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience, whether they’re grabbing a quick coffee or relaxing with friends.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages following company recipes and standards
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines
• Ensure the cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and customer seating areas
• Provide friendly and engaging customer service, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
• Handle cash register, process payments, and manage customer transactions
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory as needed
• Follow health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in promoting new products and menu items to customers
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
