Job summary

You will solicit and service accounts, prepare proposals and BEOs, coordinate with internal teams, and pursue upsell opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and company revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple banquet accounts and fast-paced events.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and service banquet accounts with regular sales calls.
• Handle inquiries and reservations via phone, email, or in person; visit client sites.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and BEO forms for events.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet event requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities, services, and promotions.
• Develop long-term client relationships and upsell opportunities.
• Support marketing plans and attend to walk-in clients.
• Follow up inquiries, payments, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in event execution and address issues.
