Hotel Benilde in Manila is seeking a proactive sales associate to generate rooms and banquet sales based on call frequency and potential accounts. You will handle a high volume of inquiries, explain services and prices, and respond to customer questions to drive bookings.

You will visit facilities, gather market information, contact prospects, market amenities and promotions, coordinate with other departments to ensure availability, and maintain customer records.

Responsabilidades

• 1. Generates rooms and banquet sales based on call frequency and potential account.
• 2. Handles number of sales calls as determined by sales quota.
• 3. Answers telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
• 4. Explains products or services and prices, and answers questions from customers.
• 5. Informs customers of contracts or other information pertaining to purchased services.
• 6. Visits facilities and properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
• 7. Obtains market information, comments, and leads from clients and competitors.
• 8. Contacts prospective or existing customers to discuss how services can meet their needs.
• 9. Markets all service facilities, amenities, on-going promotions, and special packages.
• 10. Coordinates with other departments to ensure facilities are available and reservations are made.
• 11. Telephones or writes letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
• 12. Contact previous clients for prospecting of referrals.
• 13. Maintains customer records using automated systems.
• 14. Attends sales or trade meetings or read related publications to obtain information about market conditions, business trends, regulations, or industry developments.
• 15. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as specified by immediate supervisor.
