SotoGrande Batangas Hotel in Batangas is seeking a Banquet Manager to plan, organize, and oversee all banquet and events operations. You will ensure exceptional guest service, efficient service delivery, and revenue targets are met.

Responsibilities include managing weddings and conferences, coordinating with Kitchen and Sales, and supervising banquet staff to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee all banquet functions including weddings, conferences, and special events
• Ensure proper setup, service flow, and breakdown of events
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Sales, and other departments for seamless execution
• Monitor service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
• Event Coordination: Review Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and ensure all requirements are met
• Conduct pre-event briefings with staff
• Liaise with clients during events to address concerns and special requests
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of event timelines
• Supervise, train, and schedule banquet staff
• Financial & Administrative: Monitor banquet revenue, costs, and profitability
• Control labor and operational expenses
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
• Ensure accurate billing and documentation of events
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
