Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Systems Analyst to develop and maintain banking application systems that meet user and audit specifications. The role involves coordinating preliminary designs and proposals while ensuring outsourced development aligns with IT standards.

The candidate will gather user requirements, translate them into technical specs, and work with Finacle and cloud platforms. Banking experience is preferred, with Java/.NET development skills and knowledge of AML/MLPP regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Experience in systems analysis in banking or financial domains.
• Strong understanding of business requirements and translating them into technical specs.
• Familiarity with AML processes and MLPP regulations is a plus.
• Experience with Java/.NET development and banking software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application systems to meet user/audit specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with units for preliminary designs and project proposals per IT standards.
• Evaluate software packages and ensure outsourced development meets IT standards and delivery timelines.
• Gather user requirements for systems analysis and translate into technical designs.
• Develop file structures, interfaces, programs, and reports; manage backup and archiving.
