Job summary

You will escalate issues to your immediate supervisor, submit required reports, and comply with bank policies while maintaining an organized workstation and performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of call center experience.
• Experience in banking industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, fax and social media.
• Handle and fulfill customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and accurately.
• Escalate customer concerns to immediate supervisor for resolution.
• Submit required reports and documentation to immediate supervisor.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and guidelines in day-to-day tasks.
