Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Area Head in determining market potential and developing strategies.
• Grow branch profitability by increasing income and controlling expenditures.
• Establish synergy with partner units for cross-sells.
• Monitor performance vs targets using MIS reports and act to close gaps.
• Develop the branch sales force through coaching, mentoring and supervision.
• Endorse customers for credit accommodations within bank guidelines.
