The role requires at least five years of sales experience, willingness to travel to branches within the region, and a resilient, proactive attitude to build enduring customer relationships and expand business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in any industry; branch sales experience preferred.
• Experience in field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Willing to be assigned to any branches within the Region.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proactive stance vis-à-vis competition, market conditions and external factors.
• Builds relationships with existing customers through regular visits and review of financial status.
• Collaborates with partner units to achieve cross-sells.
• Profiles prospects to address client needs and maximize potential.
• Solicits new-to-bank customers by presenting products and services as solutions.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
