Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking a senior technology and transformation leader to design and deliver enterprise banking platform programs across SEA. You will act as SME for client onboarding, portfolio management, investment products, and compliance.

You will partner with clients and cross‑functional teams, run workshops, manage budgets and delivery risk, and guide teams to high‑quality outcomes with integrity. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in technology or business with a well ranked institution.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in technology and transformation at consulting firms or for a leading bank.
• Experience in full-cycle implementations of enterprise systems for medium or large sized banks.
• Delivery experience with clients in SEA is preferable.

Responsibilities

• SME for multiple functional modules (client onboarding, portfolio management, investment products, compliance) with proven solution design and stakeholder alignment.
• Clarify requirements, articulate problem statements, assess dependencies and constraints, align priorities across groups.
• Lead workshops and act as liaison between clients and project teams.
• Provide hands-on support in configurations, customizations, integrations, and data migration strategy.
• Drive QA including SIT/UAT planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
• Track budget, effort, and resources; report status to Deloitte leadership and governance forums.
• Identify risks and issues; drive mitigation actions with stakeholders.
• Support end user training, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization.
