Job summary

TLC Technology is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect for a prominent Philippine bank undergoing a core banking transformation, spanning Cards and Lending. The role is senior and highly visible, acting as the technical anchor translating business and regulatory requirements into an architecture that will operate for the next decade.

As Lead Solutions Architect, you will own the target architecture for the core banking migration, ensuring seamless integration with Cards and Lending capabilities

Qualifications

• 15+ years of solutions architecture experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience with Cards and Lending systems integration into core banking.
• Led architecture through large-scale core banking migration or transformation programmes.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive architecture with executives and engineers.
• Deep knowledge of core banking architecture and migration realities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across core banking migration including Cards and Lending integration.
• Translate business, product and regulatory requirements into detailed designs.
• Serve as primary technical authority across vendors, SI partners and internal teams.
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across multi-workstream projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and engineers.
• Present architecture decisions and risks to senior technology and business leadership.
• Ensure designs meet security, resiliency, scalability, and regulatory obligations.
