Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10 to 15 years in banking operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Expertise across consumer banking, corporate banking, and trade finance operations, incl. Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, etc.
• Regulatory knowledge and strong operational risk management; compliance with internal policies.
• Proven track record of transformation and automation to boost efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of operational strategies across consumer, corporate, and trade finance segments.
• Champion digital transformation and process optimization for efficiency and service delivery.
• Establish governance frameworks ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Oversee end-to-end processing for loans and trade finance products with accuracy and timeliness.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with audit/compliance to address findings.
• Foster stakeholder relationships across teams and regulators for seamless operations.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
