Qualifications

• Tenured officer handling consumer products with delegation of authority.
• Strong underwriting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and decide loan applications within authority levels and service standards.
• Achieve required loan approval volumes to meet targets.
• Perform thorough credit analysis and risk assessment for consumer lending.
• Identify, mitigate, and elevate risks to the approving authority.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk management.
