Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to assist banking clients via chat, voice, video, and email. The role focuses on handling inquiries about payments, cards, and online banking while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will process requests end-to-end, resolve complaints, and collaborate with the team to meet productivity targets. The position requires a college graduate with English proficiency and experience in a BPO or shared services

Qualifications

• College graduate with professional working experience in Banking domain.
• Experience in a Shared Service or BPO environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work across channels and adhere to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with ING’s clients through chat, voice, video calls, email, and messaging.
• Operationally process customer requests in systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Handle end-to-end execution of client requests and complaints.
• Adhere to risk and compliance processes and report deviations.
• Work with minimum supervision and provide guidance as needed.
• Be cross-skilled to handle multiple channels as required.
• Contribute to productivity and turnaround targets.
