Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines (ING Hubs PH) is a part of the ING organization, delivering services to various business units worldwide. This part-time role provides detailed support across banking operations, including Know Your Customer onboarding, periodic reviews, and handling client requests via chat, voice, and email channels.

You will work across shifts (morning, mid, night), maintain compliance with risk processes, and strive for high quality customer service while learning multiple processes

Qualifications

• Analytical, flexible, open-minded and a team player.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
• Able to perform standard operations and standard payments.
• Able to execute quality checks and stay current in the field.
• Comply with work process instructions and scripts.
• Willing to obtain required certifications within set timeframes.
• Willing to work on morning, mid and/or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence to ING’s customers and own each inquiry to resolution.
• Interact with clients via chat, voice, email, and other channels.
• Process KYC onboarding, periodic reviews, and customer requests end-to-end.
• Identify information needed to deliver efficient service and resolve issues.
• Report deviations and ensure compliance with ING policies.
• Support the team to achieve productivity and turnaround targets.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate effectively.
