Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in business or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in branch operations.
• Experience as Assistant Manager from another bank is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and AMLC requirements, including opening new accounts, monitoring, and reporting transactions, maintaining KYC records.
• Oversee and approve a variety of over-the-counter transactions beyond teller authority and manage time deposits and loans.
• Ensure prompt acknowledgement, logging, and resolution of complaints with accurate tracking.
• Record daily store transactions, reconcile ledgers, and support profitability targets.
