Qualifications

• Banking experience is strictly required.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in the banking industry, preferably in operations or branch management.
• Experience in managerial, senior managerial, AVP, or Operations Head roles.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Working knowledge of BSP regulations, AML/KYC, and banking policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be willing to work strictly onsite in Cebu City.
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the bank's daily operational activities and processes.
• Ensure efficient and compliant delivery of banking products and services.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor operational performance, service quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with BSP regulations, banking policies, AML/KYC requirements, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation and control measures.
• Oversee branch and/or banking operations, including transaction processing, account servicing, cash management, and operational controls.
• Manage and resolve operational issues, escalations, and customer-related concerns.
• Coordinate with senior management and other departments to improve processes and operational performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations teams to achieve business and service objectives.
• Monitor internal and external audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Drive continuous process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance updates to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in the banking industry, preferably with significant experience in banking operations or branch management.

• Proven experience in a Managerial, Senior Manager, AVP, or Operations Head capacity.

• Strong knowledge of banking operations, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

• Working knowledge of BSP regulations, AML/KYC, and banking policies and procedures.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple operational functions and lead teams effectively.

• Must be willing to work strictly onsite in Cebu City.
