Job summary

AXA Philippines, within the Bankassure Department, is seeking financial sales executives based in PSBANK branches in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. You will generate leads, set appointments, conduct needs analyses, prepare applications, and service customers to meet sales targets.

You will build long-term relationships with the bank partner, promote referrals, participate in onboarding and training, and represent AXA with professionalism to drive customer solutions and trust.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year or 5-year bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1–2 years of solid working experience in sales or related roles.
• Ability to achieve monthly sales targets and build customer relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out continuous lead generation activities and set appointments.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend customized solutions.
• Prepare customer documents and submit applications.
• Strengthen customer relationships through after-sales servicing.
