Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of solid working experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to develop into an expert or leader with a noble career purpose.

Responsibilities

• Carry out continuous lead generation activities.
• Set appointments, over the phone or face-to-face.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend customized solutions.
• Prepare customer documents and submit applications.
• Strengthen customer relationships through after-sales service.
• Build long-term relationships with the bank partner and promote referrals.
• Engage the bank partner to be an active referrer and inform branch of referrals.
• Complete onboarding and attend training programs; run customer events.
