Job summary

AXA Philippines (Bankassure Dept.) is seeking Financial Sales Executives based in Metrobank branches in Mandaue City to provide tailored financial solutions and excellent service to bank customers. You will generate leads, set appointments, analyze needs, and prepare applications while building strong relationships with bank partners and clients.

The role emphasizes customer-centric sales with training provided on products, sales processes, and distributor tools.

Qualifications

Willing to be assigned in Metrobank anywhere in Mandaue City or nearer areas.
Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year Bachelor’s degree
At least 1–2 years of solid working experience and a successful track record in sales or customer service roles (e.g., Retail, Car, Property, Banking, Real estate, or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets monthly.

Responsibilities

Carry out continuous lead generation activities.
Set appointments over the phone or face-to-face.
Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend customized solutions.
Prepare documents of customers and submit applications.
Strengthen customer relationships through after-sales servicing.
Build long-term relationships with the bank partner.
Engage the bank partner to be active referrers and promote referrals for loans or accounts.
Inform and update branch of daily activities and referrals.
