Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking Financial Sales Executives based in PSBANK branches to offer financial solutions to customers. You will generate leads, set appointments, analyze needs, and submit applications while building long-term relationships with the bank partner.

Open to graduates with 1–2 years of sales or related experience, and a drive to achieve targets. Training and onboarding are provided to develop products and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4- or 5-year program.
• 1–2 years of solid sales or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned at PSBANK Malaybalay, Bukidnon.

Responsibilities

• Generate ongoing sales leads and set appointments.
• Perform needs analysis and present customized financial solutions.
• Prepare customer documents and submit loan or account applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with the bank partner and referrals.
• Provide after-sales servicing to strengthen customer loyalty.
