ECLARO is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the Bancassurance channel in the Philippines. You will lead a team of Financial Advisors, including executive-level staff, driving regional sales growth and ensuring compliance across bank partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in financial services or insurance, including 3+ years in a team leadership or sales management role.
• Proven success leading advisory teams in bancassurance or channel-driven environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Advisors to exceed sales targets.
• Design and implement localized sales strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with bank branch heads and staff.
