Job summary

Eclaro Business Solutions Incorporated in the Philippines seeks an Area Sales Manager in Bancassurance to lead a team of Financial Advisors, including executives, and drive regional sales growth while ensuring compliance and strong bank partnerships.

You will coach and develop FA teams, design local sales strategies, manage governance, and collaborate with bank stakeholders to achieve targets across branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in financial services or insurance, incl. 3+ years in leadership or sales management.
• Proven success leading high-performing advisory teams in bancassurance or channel-driven env.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and people leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Advisors to exceed sales targets.
• Design and implement localized sales strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Drive target achievement and monitor performance with corrective action plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with bank branch heads and executives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective governance across the team.
