Job summary

Eclaro is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Bancassurance in the Philippines to lead a team of Financial Advisors, drive regional sales growth, and strengthen partnerships with bank stakeholders. You'll oversee strategy, coaching, and governance to ensure targets are met and compliance is maintained.

You will collaborate with bank partners, manage performance analytics, and lead training initiatives to foster high-performing advisors across branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 5–10 years in financial services or insurance, with 3+ years in a leadership or sales role.
• Proven success leading high-performing advisory teams in bancassurance or channel-driven environments.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and people leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Financial Advisors to exceed sales targets.
