Job summary

FWD Life Insurance Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a driven Financial Solutions Consultant to join our Bancassurance Sales Force in Cainta. You will drive sales performance, acquire new business, and nurture relationships with Security Bank clients to grow our bank-partner distribution model.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, willingness to relocate to Cainta, and proven sales experience in financial services or related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Sales experience in insurance, banking, real estate, pharma, or other sales sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Offer FWD's Traditional and Variable products to Security Bank clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with Security Bank to generate leads.
• Drive sales performance and acquisition of new business.
• Retain quality business for the assigned branch.
• Implement strategic initiatives to strengthen bank partner relationships.
