You will empower the team, train and mentor staff, ensure compliance with conduct guidelines, and build strong relationships with the bank's Area Business Director and other key staff, while preparing consolidated reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Bancassurance Sales Executives to meet targets and service levels.
• Build, maintain, and improve relationships with the bank’s Area Business Director (ABD) and other key bank staff.
• Enable branch support to achieve referral and sales levels.
• Identify training needs and mentor team while ensuring compliance with conduct and market guidelines.
• Prepare and analyze required consolidated reports for management.
