BPI MS Insurance Corporation in Makati is seeking a Retail Sales – Bancassurance professional to drive sales performance across branch stores by meeting GPW targets, improving renewals, and diversifying the portfolio.

The role builds strong relationships with Business Managers, Sales Assistants, and Relationship Managers, delivering training, coaching, and governance, while ensuring audit readiness and timely reporting for growth in bancassurance across the retail channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in insurance sales, bancassurance, or financial services is an advantage; new graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with general insurance products and basic understanding of bancassurance operations.
• Strong relationship management skills, ideally with exposure to bank branches or retail sales environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills for engaging bank personnel and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort with digital sales platforms.
• Willingness to travel regularly for branch visits, sales activations, and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the annual GPW sales target with a minimum 20% growth versus last year.
• Improve renewal ratio to 76%.
• Conduct regular branch visits, joint calls, and sales engagements to strengthen relationships and execution capability.
• Drive capabilities within Branch Stores Channel through mandatory, technical, and soft-skills development programs.
• Facilitate ongoing training to sustain sales readiness, product knowledge, and customer-centric selling skills.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development support to bank frontliners to enhance their insurance selling confidence.
• Ensure all sales activities, documentation, and engagements are timely, complete, and audit-ready in accordance with internal and bank governance standards.
• Sustain the required 50% quotation rate across assigned branches by logging leads and documenting quotes.
• Drive and maintain a minimum 65% conversion rate from quote to issuance through active follow-up and branch engagement.
