Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corp. is seeking a dynamic Bancassurance Sales professional in Laguna to promote, cross-sell, and grow bancassurance revenues. You will collaborate with bank branches to drive new business and manage policy servicing and claims for customers.

Ideal candidates have a degree, strong sales background, and excellent communication skills to build relationships with branch staff and customers. Periodic reports and market feedback are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Strong experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified products of BPI AIA and its affiliates to the bank's customer base
• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with bank officers and staff in assigned branches to generate bancassurance leads and business
• Liaise between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims
• Submit required reports in a timely manner
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor
