Job summary

The Bakery Technician at Aboitiz Foods is responsible for delivering technical expertise at the flour end-user level across the Visayas and Mindanao region. You will assess customer needs, customize solutions, formulate recipes, and demonstrate products to end-users.

You will also provide technical training on baking standards, collaborate with the Quality Assurance team on on-site troubleshooting, and maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes. Travel is required within the region.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Certificate or diploma in Baking Science or TESDA NCII in Bread and Pastry Production.
• At least 3 years of experience in the baking industry.
• Proven experience leading technical baking demonstrations or teaching sessions (including online platforms).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with customers, develop customized solutions including recipe formulation and process optimization, and execute comparative product demonstrations to prospective and existing end-users.
• Provide technical training and skill development sessions to customers and stakeholders, emphasizing current baking industry standards and innovations.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to perform on-site product troubleshooting, implement corrective measures, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical outcomes.
