Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Bakery Technician to deliver technical expertise at the flour end-user level within an assigned territory. You will conduct needs assessments, develop customized solutions including recipe formulation, and execute product demonstrations to prospective and existing end-users.

You will provide technical training on baking standards, collaborate with QA to troubleshoot on-site, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Preferably with a certificate or diploma related in Baking Science or TESDA NCII certification in Bread and Pastry Production.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with customers and develop customized bakery solutions and demonstrations.
• Provide technical training and baking industry standard sessions to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to perform on-site product troubleshooting and maintain detailed records.
