Job summary

Aboitiz Foods, through Pilmico and Gold Coin, is seeking a Bakery Technician to deliver technical expertise at flour end-user level across the Visayas & Mindanao region.

Responsibilities include needs assessments, recipe formulation, and demonstrations; provide technical training; collaborate with QA for on-site troubleshooting and maintain records.

Qualifications include a four-year degree, TESDA NCII Bread and Pastry Production, at least 3 years in baking, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Preferably with a certificate or diploma related in Baking Science or TESDA NCII certification in Bread and Pastry Production.

Responsibilities

• The Bakery Technician is responsible for delivering technical expertise and value creation at the flour end-user level within an assigned territory.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with customers, develop customized solutions including recipe formulation and process optimization, and execute comparative product demonstrations to prospective and existing end-users.
• Provide technical training and skill development sessions to customers and stakeholders, emphasizing current baking industry standards and innovations.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to perform on-site product troubleshooting, implement corrective measures, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical outcomes.
